Hello Experts,
I am having issue while running CRX console tool (console.sh with CRX 2.2). I was trying to execute "check" command using this tool to perform repository check but unfortunately its throwing following exception while running.
268154 [main] ERROR com.day.crx.core.util.console.AbstractConsole - Unable to perform command check: java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: 10
Any help would be appriciated.

Hi,
I just trying to use webdav in one of my cq5.4 instance..
Here what iam finding is when i upload an image from cq5.4 digital assets itz showing up correct in my webdav folder with generating the rendations for that particular image...
And when use webdav folder to upload image it is showing u[p in the cq dam but rendetions are not getting created..
Is there any solution for this..And images names which are showing with some 1.0 , 1.2 like names in webdav folder...
Can i get help on this...

How do you hide the "Form Template" from create new page view? The template is in
/libs/collab/commons/templates/form with allowedPaths : /content(/.*)? . Is there a way to override this without touching the ootb node directly?

Currently i have 1 author instance & 3 publisher instances. The publisher instances are clustered as "Shared nothing cluster".
So now i need to configure replication agents on Author. Should i configure replication agents for all the four publishers or just for 1 publisher is enough?

I want to use com.sun.pdfview in my cq5 when importing the jar im getting the errorcom.sun.pdfview -- Cannot be resolved..
I tried all the ways to resolve it.
Is there any way we can use this jar in cq5 console directly.

Here i want to get a pdf file from the "/content/myproj-data/docs/demo.pdf" path and then want to convert this into images...(I am using cq5.6.1)
Whenever i started this process using the File I/O stream, i am not able to get the pdf file from the above path .....whenver i took from the static localpath (d://files/demo.pdf) i am able to fulfill my requirement ..
Here whats happening is, when pass /content/myproj-data/docs/demo.pdf to the InputStream , it is changing as "\content\myproj-data\docs\demo.pdf" (Instead of "/" itz taking "\").
Is there a better way to read pdf file from cq5 and convert into image??

I am able to show dataview grid in dialog with styles and default text. But passing the data to that dataview is the task for me. I am not able to get the process to pass the values in dataview.

I'm a newbie to AEM and I am trying to run AEM on top of weblogic (10.3.6). For that I've set up AEM war in the domains folder of my weblogic. I'm able to access the projects from the location :
http://localhost:7001/cq-publish-5.6.1/libs/cq/core/content/welcome.html However I'm not able to login to the CRXDE IDE. I tried the following URLs:

My requirement is to set a checkbox upon selecting some dropdown properties in the "Basic" Tab. The checkbox that I need to set is in the "Advanced" Tab.
I got hold of the checkbox in the Advance tab from the listener and I set the value to true but it doesn't seem to be setting persistently.
Code:

Hi I am new to the CRX JCR and CQ5. I have read through all the docs and have it up and running. I am working with them to consider the JCR adapters for Interwoven & Documentum. Before they get them we need information on virtual repositories, their performance, and how to get legacy CMS repositories under our new site hierarchy in CQ5
Background: I have a customer who has a bunch of legacy repositories that will live on a few more years, and are pretty well rooted in some of their content creation workflows. These are a home-made CMS based in an Oracle DB, Interwoven Teamsite and Documentum.
What we have done so far: We have exported the entirety of Interwoven teamsite in multiple XML docs and put them in CRX. we can now use it as native content to the repository, and CQ5. The only thing is that when we add things to Teamsite, which will be living on, we need to call export scripts to pull it into the CRX in CQ5.
What I am asking with respect to Virtual Repositories:
What are some experiences with performance? Understanding that bandwidth, performance, traffic etc. are a factor, I am llooking for good, bad, problems, best practices.
Am I better off just importing all those legacy docs into CRX & CQ5?
Once I have the virtual reposirotes mounted, are they seen just as native docs? Are they just like native docs to CQ5? Are there any CQ5 functional limitations?
Are they read and write in CQ5 back to the native repository?
How do I get the docs in the virtual repositories, that have different hierarchies under my new hierarchy in CQ5? Would I need to reference each of them to place it under my new hierarchy in CRX?
